Does anyone have any idea on this? Basically the call status would be changed to 'Resolved - Awaiting Customer confirmation' the clock stopped and an email sent. If the customer does not reply to the email within eg: 48 hours, the call would automatically be closed.
I've done the clock stopped bit and the email sent, but I have no clue on where to even to look for automatically closing calls.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
