Cannot Connect to CIM Server

Running this piece of code gives me the above error.

Throughout my code I call Invoke-VMScript many times within the same code block and some of them work and some don't. All of them use the same credentials.

I am running PowerCLI 11.3.0 and VMWare.Vim 6.7 if that helps at all.

Does anyone know a solution to this error?
