I would signal a bug in copy and paste feature between guest machine and host machine of VMware Workstation: in some cases, copying a file from the guest to host may give error if the path of the “guest” file exceed a determinate length.
The Host and Guest OS are both Windows 7.
A similar file can result from a Bittorrent download.
VMware Workstation should check the length of the file path before copying it.
