Running Windows VM with full resolution mode and user interface auto adjust results in degraded responsiveness in VM

Hello,

I have been seeing this issue where responsiveness inside the VM becomes degraded whenever I run my Windows VMs in full resolution mode for retina and with option Automatically adjust user interface size in the virtual machine ticked on (which basically sets the scale function on Windows to whichever scale factor you're using on your Mac display - typically 200%). Basically, opening start menu/trying to open windows/web browsing results in the windows UI being stalled for a moment before it will react to whatever task I did, and feels very choppy. This issue doesn't happen when the option Automatically adjust user interface size in the virtual machine is not turned on, or if the scale factor on Windows is set to default 100%.

I had this issue since Fusion 8, and currently trying this tech preview version. While the stall and choppiness seem to have improved slightly with the tech preview version, after given time, the choppiness will come back. This has been the case since Fusion 8 and seems to be still present on Tech Preview. Anyone else seen this issue? I am running it on my 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 15" that has Intel Iris Pro integrated graphics only.
