Here's my configuration:

OS: Linux 4.4.0-80-generic Linux Mint 18.1 Serena

Workstation Version: 12.5.6

MB: ASUS ROG Maximus VIII Hero Alpha

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 Skylake Quad-Core

RAM: 16 GB

Virtual Network Editor:

Guest Settings:

Memory: 8 GB

Processors: 2

Hard Disk: 100 GB

Network Adapter:    Custom (/dev/vmnet8)

Network Adapter 2: Custom (/dev/vmnet1)

Network Adapter 3: Custom (/dev/vmnet3)

Network Adapter 4: Custom (/dev/vmnet4)

When I create a VM (any guest) at first it works fine and all networks are connected properly. After a few OS restarts Workstation starts having the "Could not connect" problems. The log is attached.

What is going on? I'm trying to learn both VMWare and Server 2012/2016 for certification purposes and keep running into this problem.
