why my multipathing not work correctly

Hi

i have 2 HBA card on my server and assigned 7 LUN to my server now i want use multipathing but i think it don't work correctly i am so confused now have 2 question :

1 - why it show 4 target for each lun (datastore)?

2 - now when i select hba2 and select manage path see the pic i select round robin but why it select both target from vmhba64 it have to select one of them from vmhba2 ad the other from vmhba64
