how can i change vm's ip address ?

Hello there ,

Firstly my ip address starting with 94.xxx.xxx.xxx

when i go to menu- Edit - Virtual Network Editor  i change settings like this:

in the local its true.i can see the ipv4 ip but when i go to What Is My IP Address - IP Address Tools and Info - WhatIsMyIP.com ®

it is still same ip addres 94.xxx.xxx.xxx

How can change wmware's ip address to 10.xxx.xxx.xxx
