Any recommendation on what licensing for vCenter

Can you guys advise a solution for licensing to finally getting my homelab going?

First off, I’m running my lab on my laptop using VMWorkstation11.

I have my two ESXi host possibly three soon connected to my stand alone VM vCenter with my DNS/DC server which all DNS resolution works with NFS share storage for my ESXi host.

The whole purpose of the lab is to ether vMotion machine using HA/FT.

Where I’m stuck is licensing my vCenter so I can use the vMotion function.  

Both my ESXi host are free evaluation and not sure about the vcenter, Seems things are locked down to where I can only add the host.

FYI, I’m running an IBM T42 16GB with a Intel i5 (4core) I think. I have to check!
