Guest OS (Sierra) cannot connect VPN L2TP - bridged connection and OSX host

Hello,

After several searches on the web, I still don't have the answer to my question/issue.

I run Mac OS Sierra VM on an host (Mac Os Sierra..) and I would like my guest OS connect to a VPN within this guest OS.

My host is connected by wifi. It can connect to the VPN I want with success.

Host and guest OS are set with static IP address for each one, I don't want use DHCP.

My guest OS, which use a bridge with the host, is connected to (the same) wifi.

I use Mac Os VPN client.

I don't want my host connect to this VPN.

I tried the connection with Nat between host and guest, it works if I put DHCP on guest OS.

Is what I want possible on VmWare Fusion 8 Pro ?

Do I have to use another VPN client ?

Is there a Fusion config  file to edit on host ?

Thanks for your help.

QC.
