RAM Size

Hi Team,

I am raising this question just for learning purpose.

I have a laptop with 6GB RAM and created a VM with 4GB and remaining 2GB allocated for GUST OS.

But I need  allocate 8GB RAM to the VM, could not able to add additional RAM to my laptop.

Does it possible to add additional RAM to a VM using a file?
