How to change IP of Vcloud Director management?

Moved a test environment to a different location and i need to change the IP addresses.

I remember during the setup of VCD, i had to assign 2 IP addresses,

How to change them and get VCD running in the new network?

Ran ths as query and there was no objects cells.

What's the $VCLOUD_HOME? i browsed from root into etc but couldn't find global.properties file.

Any insights greatly welcome, im totally lost.
