Cannot view autostarted guest in Workstation view.

I have Windows 10 running Workstation 12.

I made a schedule which will start a guest every time my machine starts .

==> "C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\vmrun.exe" start "D:\Virtual Machines\KSRVDCSC.vmx" nogui

The guest start as expected, even without me logging into the Windows 10 host.

After logging in and starting VmWare Workstation, I can see the guest is running,

but I can not interact with the guest (the view stays blank).

First I thought the guest was running in "session 0", I tried to switch to it, but that didn't work.

I can access the guest via Teamviewer or RDP, but I want to access it directly from the Workstation view.

Does any one knows how I could view the guest from the Workstation view again?
