I'm at Level 4 for statistics but still no Avg Latency or Queue Depth graphs for VMs

Hey all, my graphs for "Average Device Latency per Host (Top 10)" and "Max Queue Depth per Host (Top 10)" are blank. Here is the error message that's on each graph:

"Data is not collected for the current statistics level.

Increase the statistics level to view the graph."

My statistics levels top out at 4 and that's where I have them set. I found those levels in the vSphere Client; is there another location where I need to increase the statistics level?
