VMWare view 7 Desktop is not working

Hello,

 

We are running Horizon View 6 for a while now.  At first everything is fine, but lately we have alot of complain from users that after they logon to VM View desktop it appear to hung up.  They can't open Internet Explorer, Word, and other other application.  The workaround provided to us was to rename user VDI profile and that will resolve VDI desktop issue.

 

The workaround was working for awhile, and lately we have new problem with our VMWare View.

 

when user call and report their VDI desktop is not working, we rename their profile, that didn't solve the problem until we reboot the server that host the VDI profile.

 

Can anyone tell me how to troubleshoot this issue?
