Cannot get the display adapting to host resolution , in full screen with Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hi,

I made a new VM with the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, and I cannot get anymore the screen resolution expand that of the host, when moving to full screen.

WKS 12 Pro. We are going back instead than forward?

I made a setup of open-vm-tools and also tried the vm tools included in wks 12.

Any idea to solve?
