This is a newly build Windows 2008 R2 server. On power on, it does this then takes ages.
Eventually, I can log in. However, next time I reboot, windows fails with a hardware changed error.
I've tried the reg fix to stop the vmware customisation (but it still fails on next reboot).
It looks like its the actual customisation on inital boot that is killing it. Is there anyway to fix this?
