recycle bin disable in golden image

Hello,

I create new golden image for Horizon 6, with Windows 8.1 professional, apply Optimization Tool of VMware, now I have recycle bin disable, so file delete direct without pass from recycle bin, I check it's properties but I have disable option to enable it.

Maybe Optimization Tool disable it with some registry, I check setting from HKEY_CURRENT_USER but inside it is enable.
