Hi all,
We have a 2 host cluster and today one of our hosts failed. All VM's successfully failed over to the other host except for our exchange server. The host was showing as disconnected in vCenter.
The host had actually powered off (which I'm talking to DELL about). Is there ay way to determine why one VM would not fail over to the other host ? I had to re-start the host for the disconnected server to come online, although it had performed an ungraceful shut down. The VM in question is running Windows Server 2012 and Exchange 2010.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to ensure all VMs fail over correctly if this happens again.
