Sound work on host, looks like working on guest, but no sound on speakers

Hi, Im having a strange situation running vmware workstation 9.

It´s installed on a CentOS box...the soundcard on this box is working normal. I create a virtual machine, with soundcard, the device is detected and installed on Windows 2008 R2, I put to play some sound, and I get on Volume mixer thats is running the sound (the signal bars shows moving on, but no sound on speakers.

I guess that some problem on VM, because on host the sound is working normal.

Any sugestions?
