Currently it is not possible to set IPK Request Workflow for call stages "On Resolve" and "On Close". At least this is not possible through the general interface - full client IPK Workflow Rules settings window.
So I would like to ask kindly system developers if there is any specific reason for disabling IPK Request Workflow action for a call final stages as it is for IPK Notification Workflow action?
The reason why I am asking is this: in some cases we would like to launch an external script or application when a specific call is resolved/closed.
In example, when closing VSM incident logged automatically from a network management system (e.g. SCOM, PRTG, etc.) we want to close related alert in that system as well.
