UNable to power onVM

Hi All,

I got an issue today where in we were unable to power on the VM >>> strange thing to note is VM was registered on ESX1 -- I would do a vmotion to ESX7 and then try to power on the VM

The VM will come to ESX1 and return the error for Insufficient resources.

HA and Admission control is enabled >>> we have sufficient resources. I am running ESXi 5.1 GA

After reregistering the VM on ESX2 and then we were able to power on the MAchine

I am unable to understand what caused this issue
