I am sorry for the multiple posts, really I am, hopefully this is an easy one 
I would like to create a monitor to show me all open calls with the filter set to 'Type' but the issue is, I would like to display 2x types in the one monitor and I cant seem to find a way to do that.
I would like to display the following in one graph showing both incidents and requests if possible. It only lets me add one instance of Type so I cannot report on 2. I cannot add another 'Type' even if I create another section.
