Got a problem with an emailing issue that I haven't found a solution for.
Anyone know if it's possible to add attachments into email templates?
More specifically what we want to do is the following;
We have an IPK rule that automatically generates a call email to an external party when certain condition is met.
The calls/incidents of this category will contain attachments that need to be sent to customer as well.
When generating an email manually it is possible to include the attached objects but when generating the mail automatically using IPK workflow rule this option does not seem to exist.
Neither did I find any way of adding this to the email template. Only an Attach_Ind field which seems to be a counter of how many attachments there are.
Any suggestions?
