Overview | I am an IT Infrastructure Architect/Engineer and virtualization enthusiast located in Houston, TX with over 13 years experience. I have received the 2009 COMMON/IBM Power Systems Innovation Award for Energy Efficiency for his design and implementation of the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) Datacenter in Arlington, TX. The design successfully cut energy costs by 50%. I am also an avid Slackware Linux user and advocate. I have contributed documentation for the Linux Virtual Server Project and the Slackware Blog. I create packages for LinuxPackages and Slackware Linux. I currently works for a healthcare company in Houston, TX as the Senior Server Systems Engineer for their server operations team. And soon transitioning to a Cloud Solutions Architect position for a cloud service provider. |
