Switch between Spaces - Fusion in Fullscreen

Hi,

I hope this can be done.

I use Spaces extensively for my work on my 2012 MBA and I usually have a Windows 7 VM running in fullscreen. I can use CMD and a number key (eg. CMD + 2) to quickly switch to the Apps I pin to that space.

Is there a keyboard shortcut (or keyword phrase so I can create one) to quickly switch to my open Fusion VM that is running in Fullscreen? At the moment my options are mouse to the Fusion icon in the dock and click it or press F3 and then mouse click the Fullscreen Space.
