Adding local users to esxi with kickstart

Hi all,

I'm attempting to put together a kickstart file for a group of esx 5.1 hosts which adds 2 local users on the hypervisor, but I'm not having much luck.

I've been unable to find any esxcli commands which deal with local user account creation.

Also the "vicfg-user " command refree3nced here: vSphere Documentation Center

Dose not seem to be reorganised when I try it from the cli on the hosts.

Surely this is possible, right?
