Missing menus in unity mode.

Hi all,

I'm working on a linux ubuntu-based distribution and I ended up by adding in some menus in the GNOME Panel, the problem is that these menus appear correctly in the guest but they don't exist when using the unity mode in VMWare which I use on a daily basis -studies-

I even made the update from workstation from 9 to 10 and the problem still the same.

I'm running a ubuntu 12.04 LTS with Metacity and GNOME 3 -- Unity is working, these shouldn't pose a problem.

And I run a Windows 7 Home Premium x64 as a guest.

Any one encountred such a problem and/or have a solution, Please ?
