Issues with VM deployed from an OVF

HI,

I have a linux 64-bit VM running on ESXi 5.1.0, I took an OVF of it to deploy it on another ESX (ESXi 5.0.0). The deployment goes fine though with the warnings (as attached). When I power on the VM on the other server, it doesn't power up and fails at OS boot (error attached). Any suggestions will be helpful.
