Port Forwarding From the ESXi host to VM?

So is this possible, and if it is how can I do it or does any version of vSphere allow this?  I need to have a port forwarded to the Host ESXi server and from there forwarded to a VM.

[Incoming traffic on port 666] ------>[Router forwards 666 to 192.168.1.10 (ESXi Server)] -----> [ESXi Server 192.168.1.10 forwards 666 to 192.168.1.15 (VM)]

Is this possible?
