From VSM, we are sending e-mails to users and administrators when a request is logged, completed etc. Some e-mails (seems random) are not send, and can be found in HD_MESSAGE in the database. In my understanding, this table should e empty.
What can I try to fix this issue? I cannot find suitable solutions in the KB.
I've already tried to restart the messaging service and checked windows event viewer but I don't see any recent errors that point to this.
