App volumes app stacks idea

Hi,

I have an idea on App stacks assignments

let say we have 15 applications in one app stack  and 10 different users need to use 5 applications among 15 applications, now rather than assigning thous 10 user's to app stack we can give only thous 5 application with in app stack.

simple, my idea is to implement user based assignment for applications in app stack
