vSphere Hypervisorのインストーラーがエラーを出し、起動しません。

Error allocating 0 pages: out of resources

Failed to shutdown the boot services.

Unrecoverable Error

このようなエラーが出て、セットアップを実行できません。

そして、しばらくすると自動的に再起動され、またこの画面になります。

どなたか解決方法をいただけますと幸いです。
