Hello Everyone
I encountered a situation, after the virtual desktop was connected,
when it was idle for a period of about 1-2 days, there will be an "Agent Unreachable" and a black screen on the console,
then I can't restart the VM with "Restart Guest OS" , I just can reset guest vm.
Does anyone have similar experience? Thank you
