vSphere web client shows a different time for ESXi servers than other sources

I am supporting a system with multiple ESXi 6.0 servers and VCSA 6.7 to manage them. The servers and VCSA are all setup with NTP but it seems the VCSA are consistently showing the ESXi servers in the wrong time zone.

Example:

vCenter appliance management web client (chrome): Mon 09-14-2020 01:34 PM -05

Windows PC time: 9/14/2020 1:34 PM

Server time from within vSphere Web Client: 09/14/2020 2:34 PM

Server time from within vSphere Windows Client: 13:34 9/14/2020

Does any one know why the vSphere Web Client would show the ESXi server an hour ahead of everywhere else?
