We've encountered an interested scenario due to the now large number of work from home individuals. Workspace ONE managed iOS devices, WIFI profile configured using Active Directory credential for authentication. Because many people are WFH, when their password expires and changes, they change it on their computer and then update the phone's Exchange account, but the account for corporate wifi cannot be accessed. On iOS, you cannot view or edit a wireless profile unless it sees the SSID. When they do come back to the office, as soon as they walk in the door the phone starts connecting to the wireless network using an incorrect password, eventually causing an account lockout. This condition always existed, but now there are a lot of people all with expired passwords locked and loaded in the unreachable wireless account.
Best I can think is to advise people to use the Erase Network Settings under Reset, but this will need them to then setup the network again when they come back. Or ask them to try to update the wireless account as soon as they come to the office. Is there a better way to address this anyone knows of?
