Please be aware that if you plan to update to the 20.4 Console version I highly recommend you to go directly to the 20.4.0.3 version because of this issue that is impacting the 20.4 release - AAPP-9875: Not able to assign apps with devices in status "WipeInitiated" exists. This was highly important for us and I believe it will be for you as well.
