Nested VLAN

Good day, 

I am trying to build a virtual lab environment on top of a Physical vSphere environment with NSX.  I am trying to carry VLAN's between VM's over the VXLAN backed port-groups. 

I am having not luck getting this to work, secondly I have seen no detail if this is possible.  Any insight as to whether this feasible would be fantastic.
