Upgrade failed: SQL Server Agent Jobs
You might be facing an issue while you are attempting to upgrade your Workspace ONE UEM if the jobs of the SQL Server Agent are not correctly assigned to the user stated in the installer.
In the logs you might see an error as shown below: an error occurred while the batch was being executed:
To solve the problem please check if the properties of all SQL Server Agent jobs shown the owner correctly, and make sure that are all assigned to the SQL user that runs the installer.
Restore your DB from the Backup and re-run the installer.
