Right now we have clinical staff that are setup all different ways:
1. They have company email. Or Not
2. They have access to our network to access our documentation. Or Not.
3. They have active directory accounts with us. Or Not
Of course I can deal with the first two. The last one I'm struggling with. So consider this a BYOD. Is there any thoughts on how to enroll these doctors that do not have a company email address or Active Directory account with our hospital system?
Just one thought I had that would be kind of a black hole of enrollment and not even sure it's possible:
1. They download Hub
2. Go to enroll
3. Enter the server details including a black hole OG that has access to limited stuff but nothing company private.
4. If it can be done, they have to enter their name, email address, whatever else to tie the enrollment to them.
5. Like to do some kind of two factor but we have never done that before but do it, don't do it, then they are in our system and have an app store with limited content.
Can this be done? I know I could go the route where in step 4 we just use a dummy account and it just enrolls but then have no idea who anyone is.
Thoughts?
Thanks.
