I have a interesting hypothetical dilemma.
SDDC implemented. one vCenter.
3 data-centers (3 workload clusters) - 3 physical locations.
vSan implemented as well as NSX (not-T)
Same IP space at the moment across DC's; I can migrate VM's from DC to DC without issues.
Now If I would like to place a VM or group of VM's in each data-center. VM's would need to be load balanced between data-centers.
And I would like to ensure that VM's placed in data-center stay put the DC they were placed in and can't be allowed to move.
So balancing should be between groups of servers between data-centers.
Could that be achieved with tagging of some sort? Or am I overthinking it?
