The VMware Authorization Service will not start. In the System event log the error is:

This started after I upgraded from Workstation Pro 15.0 to 15.5.
My computer is running Windows 10 Version 1903.
I've tried running the service as the local Administrator account, did not solve the problem.
I've tried changing the properties on C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\vmware-authd.exe to run as Administrator.
