Fusion 11 worked great before I downloaded Catalina running 11.0. After updating, I get a black screen which I gather is from the screen recording permissions. It doesn't prompt me to give screen recording permissions so I can't add it there. I tried updating to 11.5 from another installer but when I try doing anything, it gives me a version mismatch error.
When I try updating from the "check for updates" to 11.1, it gives me a "there was a problem in updating the software component. Try again later" error. I've already deleted manually uninstalled VMware Fusion and deleted all it's items in the library folders but this has not solved my problem. Rebooting my laptop has not done anything either.
Would appreciate any advice
