Unsupported CPU vSphere 6.7 - Lab Environment

I am trying to install vSphere ESXI on a Intel i7 desktop for testing purposes. If I try to download ESXI 6.5 error pops up saying I am not entitledfor this download and im routed back to the download URL for 6.7.
I would like to test the Hypervisor directly on the PC and not have to go through another VM to test.
Any help would be appreciated.
