NIC Teaming on Windows Server 2012 R2

For some tests and demo how to create a NIC Teaming with WS 2012 ?

(when i configure like that NetDavidIC : How to create a NIC Teaming on Windows Server 2012 and do dome tests in deactivate a network adapters it's not working (the switching))

Any ideas ?
