Not sure how many people have this issue with vmware. They always seem to be an absolute nightmare to contact. Gives you the options to call them (but we are in Australia) and they don't have a number for our country to call. You fill in a sales contact form and no one responds or calls back. Done this a few times now and still nothing after a few weeks. Someone from vmware gave another associate a number that they could be reached on in Australia but the number does not work.
Needing some pricing and details for one of our customers for a future setup and vmware just seem very unprofessional when it comes to sales or supporting clients that are interested in purchasing their products. We have purchased vmware products over previous years and always been the same old nightmare.
Anyone know how to get hold of vmware?!
