ESX 6.7 U1 freeze

Hello,

Setup:

2 x IBM System x3650 M4

My esx management freezes after some time. First time was after network lost (both esx freezes). Second time freeze only one, but can not determine the cause.

VM-s still working but can not access esx management not even on physical console.

I look system.log and there are many "sfcb-vmw_ipmi[2099777]: IpmiIfcFruGetInv: Failed during send cc = 0xcb" and "sfcb-vmware_base[2099770]: VMwareHypervisorStorageExtent::fillVMwareHypervisorStorageExtentInstance - durable name length is too large: 256" entries.

Does anybody have same experience?
