How to realize a function of notification to inventory？

We are tring to pass the certification of our plugin，but now we come across a problem，the question is “

Are all notifications to the

inventory implemented per plugin

adaptor?”，

I wander how to realize this function and is anyone can tell me in which form the notification is displayed？That means how can I  confirm the notification has indeed been send to inventory。
