Orphaned VMs showing in VSphere 6.5

Hello

I made the mistake of moving my VMs via the datastore browser, i.e from -

LocalDsk

to

LocalDsk/VM's

(Screenshot attached of VM's)

I then re-registered each VM but now have these orphaned entries. I assume they are in a config file somewhere and need to be removed?

I have read one other post on this but it didn't help

I have root access via putty to the ESXi server
