W14.1.3: How to start Windows 10 in safe mode

Workstation 14.1.3 on Linux

I have a VM with Windows 10. I'm trying to start it in safe mode. I can't.

I'm supposed to press F8 when the VM starts according to:

Doesn't work for me. Instead I get thumbnails of all my VMs.

Any suggestion?
