When I open a running VM and select the Console> Launch Remote Console nothing happens. I know VMRC works because when I paste the following url into my browser vmrc://<esxi-ip>/?moid=1 it automatically opens VMRC and I am able to access the VM. I had just installed the ESXi Embedded Host Client - do I need to enable anything to allow this service?

I ran tests on our 6.5 servers and the button works as intended...argh!
